Birth Assistant Training Registration

Thank you for your interest in Maple & Moon's in-house Birth Assistant training. This training is designed for doulas, aspiring birth assistants, and midwifery students who want grounded, hands-on learning in a warm and supportive environment. Spots are limited to 5–10 participants and offered first-come, first-served.

The training runs from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with the possibility of ending early if time allows) at the Maple & Moon office, 10009 Winchester Avenue, Bunker Hill, WV 25413. There are stairs in the building that may be used depending on class size. Breakfast and snacks will be provided, and lunch will be potluck-style — please plan to bring a dish to share.

The cost for this first cohort is $150. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due by August 15, 2026 (one week before class). Payment can be made via Cashapp, Zelle, or Venmo — details follow after you register. A required pre-survey will be sent after registration and must be completed at least one week before class.
